Application Engineering

PEER's knowledgeable and industry focused application engineers collaborate with your technical team to select the best bearing solution to meet the needs of your application. PEER's team is skilled in applications that involve a complex system of shafts and bearings, such as transmissions. Our Application Engineers employ sophisticated calculation tools to effectively model misalignment conditions, complex duty cycles and lubricant conditions to more accurately predict bearing life in the application.
For applications involving harsh contamination such as Agricultural, Lawn and Garden and Material Handling, etc., the knowledge of the PEER Application Engineering staff and the vast possibilities of industry proven seal designs can be leveraged to keep out contaminants in the most severe environments.

Manufacturing Facilities

PEER is committed to utilizing advanced manufacturing technologies to produce the highest quality bearings needed for our customers. These advanced technologies include heat treatment processes, grinding and automated assembly production lines. Our manufacturing facilities produce bearings that are carefully monitored utilizing in-line statistical process controls.
Our production line supervisors and engineers are trained through the Bearing Institute and are capable of continuously implementing improved production processes for bearing manufacturing. When required, products can be designed and manufactured to customers' unique specifications to achieve the performance demanded by the applications.

PEER Ball Bearing Manufacturing Facility:

Established in 1995. the PEER Ball Bearing plant produces a wide variety of product lines including precision electric-motor-quality ball bearings, mounted units, agricultural bearings, miniature bearings and other specialty bearings. This factory is equipped to manufacture custom bearing solutions for our global customers.
The PEER Ball Bearing plant has consistently expanded, and will continue to expand, to accommodate the global growth of PEER.

PEER Roller Bearing Factory:

Established in 1999, the PEER Roller Bearing plant produces for a variety of industries including Off-Highway, On-Highway, Industrial Transmission, Fluid and related aftermarket. The Inner Diameter size range is 15mm-200mm with the ability to produce 18MM sets annually.

PEER Mechanical Parts Turning Factory:

The turning of rings is the first process in the manufacturing process of bearings. This vertical manufacturing investment helps PEER to be more responsive and flexible to the needs of our customer both for sample and production orders. PEER's Turning Facility features a salt bath heat treatment furnace with the capability of 3,000 tons annually and an oil bath furnace with capabilita of 2,500 tons annually.
